Miss Emerald Pageant 2025

The Miss Emerald Pageant was held Saturday night, February 8th at the District 50 Performing Arts Center. The results were as follows:

Starting with the Freshman class,

the academic award went to Jasmine Holmes,

Miss Congeniality is Malaysha Brown,

and Miss Freshman 2025 is Jasmine Holmes.

Out of the Sophomore class,

the academic award went to Kaniya Crawford,

Miss Congeniality is Isabella Jackson,

1st runner up is Gabbi Hill,

and Miss Sophomore 2025 is Kaniya Crawford.

Out of the Junior class,

the academic award went to Kailyn Wright

Miss Congeniality is Gracie Gonce.

2nd runner up is Kailyn Wright,

1st runner up is Keadria Coats,

and Miss Junior 2025 is Kimora Lomax.

Out of the Senior class

the academic award went to Grace Lollis,

Miss Congeniality is Shaniya Holloway,

2nd runner up is Zion Wright

1st runner up is Alina Petroski,

Miss Senior 2025 is Grace Lollis.

Miss Emerald High School 2025 is Madison Forrester.

The Directors Award went to senior Aylivia Harrison.

People’s Choice Award, which goes to the contestant with the most votes by the audience, went to Kailyn Wright.

States must administer an English language proficiency assessment to limited English proficient students in grades K through 12 in order to comply with the requirements of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, 20 USC 6301 et seq. (2002). For the 2024-25 school year, the assessment administered for this purpose will be ACCESS for ELLs® through the WIDA Consortium.
